1. All Inclusive💰🤑
Nearly all of our accommodation options are all bills included within the costs listed!
When reserving a property we ask that you pay a £100 advance deposit payment in order to guarantee your booking, this is then subtracted from your total £200 deposit when you move in.
All flats in our buildings Chatham Street, Millstone Lane, Marble Street & The Mill are all bills included, tenants of The Angel will need to pay electric bills – we are happy to assist tenants getting set up with utility providers!
*Non-Students will have to make Council Tax contributions
2. Huge Range Of Rooms At Various Prices
Everything from Deluxe Studios to 5 Bed Share Flats, we have an option to suit all group sizes and needs. Our room prices start from £99/week and we can help you calculate budget as to what it will cost per month or year.

Our accommodation buildings are positioned in various places across Leicester’s city centre, meaning that we have accommodation available in locations that are nearby to De Montfort University, Leicester University, Highcross Shopping Centre, Leicester Royal Infirmary and more!

Unlike most of our competitors, we have been welcoming tenants to our accommodation for nearly 25 years and have a huge amount of experience anticipating and meeting your needs!

Although the majority of our tenants are students, all of our accommodation is available to Professionals (Non-Students) too! If you have any questions about how renting may differ for Non-Students we are happy to help

Since its creation in 1997, the company has been managed by Robert Price, who today is assisted by sons, Will and George, nephew Ross, and our team of friendly office staff and tradesmen

7. We’ve got the Tech
We provide all of our flats with large HD TVs and Super Fast Wifi as standard. The cost of Wifi is included within the rent price for all properties👍
8. Our Friendly Team of Tradesmen👷🔨
If you were to have any issues with your accommodation, our friendly team of skilled tradesmen are on hand to help. Simply let us know what’s going on and we will assist as soon as we can! Here is Johnny (left), our Electrician, and Jay (right), our Carpenter.
We will always give you 24 hours notice before tradesmen visit your flat (except in emergencies).
