How To Book?

Check out the steps below to find out how you book one of our a rooms:

1. Get In Touch

Once you have decided on your chosen flat – get in touch with our team to secure it!

Contact our office to let us know which flat you would like – We will then send out an email containing the link to complete the reservation documents

We use PandaDoc® to allow you sign up using online documents.

2. Reservation Form

This PandaDoc form allows you to:

  • Indicate which flat and room each of you would like to reserve – please have this decided prior to completing the reservation form if booking a shared flat
  • Provide us with your contact details
  • Information about your university course
  • Indicate who the guarantor for your tenancy will be

3. Advanced Rent Payment

Each person must pay a £200 Advanced Rent Payment as part of the reservation process.

The money is discounted from your first rent payment when you move into your flat.

Our bank details can be found on the email originally containing the booking link. If you require any further clarity, please contact us to confirm.

Room Reserved!

Once you (and your roomates) have paid the Advanced Rent Payment and each completed a Reservation Form – Your flat is now reserved for 7 days!

This allow you time to get the other steps complete whilst knowing that your ideal flat has been secured.

4. Guarantor Documents

Using the details provided on your reservation form, we will email a PandaDoc form to your guarantor to complete.

They must be a UK resident, aged 18+, and provide a copy of their photo ID (Passport or Driving License) and a proof of their address dated within the last 3 months.

5. Sign Your Contract!

You will receive your contract via a PandaDoc email.

First you will choose your desired payment plan, either monthly or termly payments (if applicable).

You will also need to attach a copy of your photo ID (Passport or Driving License) and your council tax exemption certificate – you an get a copy of this on your Blackboard account or from Gateway House (DMU), or from Student Services (UoL)

And then your booking is complete!
